Q: Does your software cost money?
A: Yes. AutomatedHits is not a free application.
Q: How does the software work?
A: Our application works by connecting to proxy servers and using their IP address to connect and visit your desired website(s). Using proxy servers gives the visit a unique IP address that could be located anywhere in the world. We also use other methods to make the hit appear more unique.
Q: Does my computer need anything special to run the software?
A: AutomatedHits will run on almost any Windows machine. Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is required, but our installation package will install this for you automatically if required. Mac users will want to run AutomatedHits through Parallels or from a Windows virtual private server.
Q: Can I download AutomatedHits directly after purchasing?
A: Yes. AutomatedHits is available for download directly after purchasing. However, a registration key will be needed to activate and begin using the software. This will be sent to the email you signed up with once your payment has been verified and you have sent us the required product ID.
Q: Can I run multiple copies of AutomatedHits?
A: You can run multiple instances of AutomatedHits on one computer, but you cannot use the same license on multiple computers. We do offer discounts for current clients so just contact us if you would like to get a second registration key.
Q: Will I receive updates?
A: Yes. The AutomatedHits software comes with free updates for life. Every time you start the software it will automatically check for new updates. Once a new update is available you will be prompted to download and install the newest version.
Q: What is your Refund policy?
A: We do not offer refunds on this software.
